The basic 24 Gesture Tai Chi is aimed at the beginner and uses representative moves from the Yang style, containing the important and traditional characteristics and features of traditional forms. The short form enables beginners, older and younger, to appreciate the essential principals of Tai Chi of effortless movement, relaxation, and mindful awareness.
